This option is perfect if you are a USMS member interested in dropping into one of our practices! Tax is not included. Whether you are from out of town, from another local USMS team, or just can’t come consistently to a practice, the drop-in option is for you!

Please note that you must be an active USMS member to drop into a practice with MN Ice. If you are a non-USMS member interested in trialing our program or a visiting IGLA swimmer, visit our Trial Registration page.

Our fees cover our operating expenses ONLY. This includes things like our facility rental and club registration fees with USMS and IGLA
